Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the games published by SAS SUMMIT GAMES ("we", "us"). They apply to every game we publish; below, "the game" means whichever of ours you are playing. By playing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we hold and why.

1. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. We keep ownership of the game and everything in it. You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the game or any part of it.

2. Your account

3. Display names, leaderboards and conduct

Where a game lets you choose a display name, that name is public — it appears on leaderboards, on your profile, and to other players who add you as a friend. Choose it accordingly.

Do not choose a name, or behave in a way, that:

If a name breaks these rules we may reset it without notice. For repeated or serious breaches we may remove leaderboard entries, suspend the account, or close it. You can report a name or a player to us at hello@summit-games.com, and we will look at every report we receive.

4. Fair play

Leaderboards only mean something if the runs behind them are real. Do not modify the game, use a modified or unofficial client, automate play, or interfere with our servers or another player's session. Where we find a score or a balance that did not come from ordinary play, we may correct or remove it, and may suspend or close the account responsible.

5. In-game currencies and items

In-game currencies and items — coins, consumables, cosmetics and the like — are a licence to use a feature inside the game. They are not your property and not money. Specifically:

Balances are held on our servers, and the balance our servers hold is the one that counts.

6. Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, not from us directly. Your payment, your receipt, and any refund are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and their refund policy — not ours — decides whether a purchase can be refunded. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove what it paid for, down to a zero balance.

Where a game offers a one-off purchase such as removing ads, it is tied to your account, and you can restore it on a new device from inside the game.

If something you paid for did not arrive, contact us at hello@summit-games.com and we will look into it.

7. The game changes, and may end

Our games are live services. Levels, prices, rewards, leaderboards and features change, and competitive seasons reset on a schedule. We may add, change or remove parts of a game, and we may suspend it for maintenance. We may also stop offering a game altogether; if we do, we will give reasonable notice on this site where we can.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep our games running, but we do not promise they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of faults. They are games, provided as they are.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress, items or scores, or for any amount greater than what you have paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim.

If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the law where you live gives you, and nothing here takes them away.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our games change. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can stop playing and delete your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. Any claim we bring against you as a consumer will be brought before those same courts.
